ROF-52 Fillers use “Fill-to-Level” technology, which guarantees perfection in fill level among bottles. The ROF-52 includes advanced features, safety systems, and new production technology that boost its productivity past any machine in its class. Regardless of container shape or volume irregularities, ROF-52’s allow customers to produce visually appealing and consistent fill level.

Unfortunately, Bottle molding and forming techniques can, and usually do, cause minor inconsistencies in the size or shape of certain containers. The Rotary Overflow Filling Machines compensate for these minor changes and variations in the container volume allowing for a uniform fill level. These filling systems can accommodate all types of containers comprised of rigid plastic, metal, or glass from ounces to gallons.
